Pizza Express is one of the leading casual dining operators in the UK & Ireland, currently operating at over 490 sites. Pizza Express also has strong positions across international markets with over 100 sites trading from 14 different territories.

The Challenge

Pizza express needed to introduce improved Asset Management and Monitoring of its IT Services following a growing demand for services from users and a desire to improve service quality. Pizza Express needed a Vendor and Partner that would deliver against their key objectives of having a simple and flexible system to deliver Self Service and Automation.


PowerON were engaged with Microsoft Technologies to deliver Operational Management improvements in the form of Microsoft System Center Service Manager with tie ins to Microsoft extended management tools. PowerON delivered the desired outcome in a fast turnaround by leveraging our specialist deployment and configuration tools, complemented by Knowledge Transfer to ensure the team at Pizza Express where well positioned to use the new solutions.
