We’re looking for an HR & Operations Coordinator to join our Business Operations team, helping us support the business with HR and recruitment, and through event organisation & other business coordination activity.
The HR and Finance teams work closely together as a Business Operations function, aiming to deliver a supportive, enabling service across the business. It’s a busy and varied role, where every day is different, which will suit someone who enjoys variety, organises themselves and others well, and is deadline driven.
What is the role?
The HR & Operations Coordinator provides HR and recruitment support within the HR team, and provides a broader operational service across the business through event management, procurement and facilities coordination, support of reward & engagement programmes, and other internal projects as needed. It is a great opportunity for someone with a broad skillset, who enjoys developing their skills through a varied workload, and is keen to develop their HR and recruitment capabilities.

And you’ll be driven and motivated – you’ll own your own deadlines, and be comfortable following up with others for their contributions.
In terms of previous experience, you should be a generalist / all-rounder, with proven experience in an HR or operational support role, ideally within an IT or sales environment. If you have previous event management experience, this would be a bonus!
You’ll have strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel as a minimum.
HR and recruitment work is often time sensitive, so you will need the ability to assess urgency and adjust your priorities accordingly; you’ll also need strong personal organisational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and detail which stays with you even when working at pace!
You will also, of course, need an understanding of the fundamental confidentiality involved in handling HR and Finance information, and a commitment to working within this.
